Sept 22/11

Wow I am finding this month, no this year just flying by.  I have my niece and nephew here, just taking a break from everything to be on the computer.  My kids stayed home from school today with colds/coughs.  CZ got home early today too, his job is winding down.  I guess I should be more worried, but this company he works for has been real good to him. He works thru the union. He's off tomorrow as there's not enough work but CZ has an appointment to do the halter monitor.  I am pleased  with that so he can get more help.

I have last nights dishes to do, and more laundry (of course there's more:))  just regular housework.  I made a good ham dinner last night with mashed potatoes, beans and nummy ham gravy, and today I am making a ham soup with the bone for the best flavour.

I need to get an appointment for my mom for an eye check up.  I want to get her glasses from  clearlycontacts.ca and need a new prescription for her.  This week with Java and her kids sick and mine too, it hasn't worked out.  We can't see her when we are sick.

I have gotten into the couponing to save money, I haven't done it as much as I want but I will.  There's quite a few sites available for Canadians.  I wish all the grocery stores would stack, and have double coupon days, like on extreme couponing the show, but we don't.

Sept 20/11

Today is day two with no niece and nephew as they are all sick so I get to catch up with housework.  I've been writing down my day as I go to help me see where my time goes.  It's a great thing.  I've taken CZ's tools and such down to the tool room so my living room is cleared up more.  Swept up the floor, need to wash it still, need to fold some clothes up, of course put them away...I am going to spend like five minutes in Crush's room to help her with it as she is not cleaning it up when it's little messes and so she's now feeling overwhelmed with the work ahead of her.  She feels that way with a few things, homework especially.

I've been trying to get Rootbeer and Crush to get into the habit of doing homework after school.  I want them to do more math homework so they get good practice.    It's not completely there yet, but it's coming along.

CZ is mad at me ... he hinted earlier in the day yesterday about some sex stuff he wanted to do, and after the kids were in bed, I got caught up in the computer and he was reading, and then it was bed time.  As he is getting ready for bed he confronts me about it and tells me he thinks that I treat him like a chore.  I don't feel like that, but he does...anyways he had words and then he doesn't want anything else to do with me for the night...told me in bed to keep to my side.  This  morning he said nothing until he was out of the shower and just said see you later.

Anyways we'll see what comes tonight:)

CZ update

CZ is fine, he has what is called Premature ventricular contraction , which according to wikipedia
"is a relatively common event where the heartbeat is initiated by the heart ventricles rather than by the sinoatrial node, the normal heartbeat initiator. The electrical events of the heart detected by the electrocardiogram allow a PVC to be easily distinguished from a normal heart beat.
A PVC may be perceived as a "skipped beat" or felt as palpitations in the chest. In a normal heartbeat, the ventricles contract after the atria have helped to fill them by contracting; in this way the ventricles can pump a maximized amount of blood both to the lungs and to the rest of the body . In a PVC, the ventricles contract first, which means that circulation is inefficient. However, single beat PVC arrhythmias do not usually pose a danger and can be asymptomatic in healthy individuals.,"[1]

Basically CZ needs to slow or stop drinking caffeinated drinks, coffee,  it would be best if he stopped smoking, lost weight so hopefully we can do it.  I am glad it's not as serious as it seemed.  CZ's mom has
Paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia (PSVT) which basically is when the heart just rockets off and beats 200+/minute.

I am relieved.

CZ

So CZ was very concerned with his heart flutter things and has gone to emergency...I can't be there as the kids are in bed and going to school tomorrow.  I asked him to text me what's going on hourly if possible.  He isn't going to work tomorrow because of the emergency tonight, as who knows what is the next step.  I must say I feel stressed about this.  I feel it's going to be ok, but have a small part that tries to rear it's head up and say" he's not going to be ok....he's gonna get real sick...he's gonna die."  I can't listen to it.  Even writing it down seems to have given it more presence.

It will be better, once is figured out it can work towards a better outcome.

I need to find myself a Dr I was for myself.  I feel a few things not right, but all little...so it seems..I feel like I'm very forgetful, I have noticed myself dropping things alot, I've been extra tired lately, though I have been getting good sleep most days, today I woke up a little off, like dizzy.  It's only slightly noticeable.  As Java tells me I need to take care of myself as I have a family I need to care for.  I can't think of anything else right now.

I am going now, but I hope  this comes to you well:)

September 17/11

Got a migraine today....not fun.  It starts off all lights and snowy but ends up having an achy head on the opposite side of the lights and being sensitive to light.  I know I don't have it as bad as when i first got them, but I don't like going through them.

Coke Zero is having these heart flutters per se going on lately, so this morning he took it easy before we got our table and chairs we got from Java set up.  I didn't realize how big they were as they fit nicely in Java's house but here I had to take the leaf out so it didn't overwhelm the kitchen.  The table is now round instead of oval...that's ok.  CZ has been trying to find out more about these heart flutters or murmur or whatever they may be called.  He needs to wear a monitor for 24 hours but there's been a lot of shit going on that has been hindering him.  The employee in charge of the heart monitors was out sick and seems there is no one to do their work, so had to wait until she came back.  He was then told the Dr has to submit the requisition form not him.

I am planning to make a fall wreath for the door with felt flowers and go from there.

This is how to make them:

This is the picture of how it can look:

I just have to get to michaels to get the wreath, as at Walmart the one I picked out wouldn't ring in and since their anniversary event was going on they were crazy busy.

I went to see about taking my mom to a walk in optometrist appointment and the one I thought would get us in, wouldn't allow us to see the dr even though before we left during the wait period to get a bite at the food court, and they said sure go, we couldn't.   I was wanting to try and get my mom some glasses from the free glasses event from clearlycontacts.ca but needed her updated prescription.  So I need to make her an appointment for the coming week so we don't go through this again.  I am not going to go to totalfocas again.

I hope to write again soon. :)

Sept 13/11

Wow, I haven't posted for a year, time sure flies.  I am watching my nephew and niece for a bit of cash.  Mr.Magoo 2, as I call my nephew and Princess, as I will call my niece, are real cute kids.  Mr.Magoo2 has recently started walking so he's a going concern now.  Princess has started Kindergarten in the mornings so I go pick her up for 11ish.   Rootbeer is in grade 3 now and he is liking it so far.  I met his teacher last week and she seems like a new but cool teacher.  I hope she works well for Rootbeer.  Crush is now in grade 5, she has the same teacher as last year so I think that will be good for her as she is having math issues.  She needs to practice her math to she knows the basics really well.  I got her and Rootbeer a math game to help.  I have decided I will be getting them to do their homework after a snack but before supper that seems to give them focus.  I will be getting them to do some math work even if their teachers don't give them any.

Mr. M2 loves spilling his drink on my floor.  I seem to washing my floor every other day to everyday now.  That's good as it makes the house nicer.  Java is a bit jealous over Mr.m2 wanting me over her, but it's not consistent and he is with me during the majority of his awake day.

We are going to have our city pass expire right away, it's so awesome, but I guess it's good we don't get it anymore as we are out of the yearly low income tax bracket.  I need to sign the kids up for the last two courses they can have for cheaper courses and then we need to save up for the summer next year.

I sent the kids kd mac and cheese with cheese in their lunches today.  I hope it was warm and yummy when they got it.

Well I got to lay Mr.M2 down for a nap, he's crying the sleep cry. :)
